Description

  • Users are unable to log into Windchill after Upgrade
  • Unable to login Windchill after rehost, authentication window popup again after inputting username and password
  • New users unable to log into Windchill after rehost manually
  • All users can't login
  • Below Ldapsearch command reports user not found:
    ldapsearch -x -H ldap://<host>:<port> -D "<bindDN>" -W -b "<bind_dn>" "(uid=<username>)" dn
  • Unable to log in as "wcadmin" on the Windchill Homepage after successful Upgrade
  • Error in Apache/logs/error.log:
    user <UserName> not found: /Windchill/app/
  • Failed to login with error in HTTPServer\logs\error.log 
    AH01618: user <UserName> not found: /Windchill/rfa/jsp/main/Main.jsp
  • In Windchill 12.0.2.0, post upgrade AD users unable to login and getting below error in error.log
    AH01618: user <username> not found: /Windchill/
  • We are not able to login with any user after rehost, error in HTTPServer/logs/error.log
    AH01618: user wcadmin not found: /Windchill/app/
