Description
- Method Server process may encounter Out of Memory Error when using Java 6u25 or later release on Windows Server 2003
- This issue could occur when all of the following conditions are met:
- OS is Windows Server 2003 (both 32 bit and 64 bit).
- Java 6u25 or later releases.
- Java 6u25 or later releases are used when:
- Upgrading Java to 6u25 or later releases on Windchill 9.1 F000 - 10.0 M010.
- Using Windchill 10.0 M020 or later releases.
- You can check you Java version by executing java -version command from Windchill Shell.
- When this issue occurs, hs_err_pid<PID>.log file is created. It has the following error message.
