- MethodServer shows the error OR MethodServer log during upgrade
wt.inf.container.OrganizationCache Administrator - wt.inf.container.OrganizationCache --> Exception in ExchangeInfo static initializer. wt.util.WTRuntimeException: wt.util.WTException: wt.util.WTException: wt.util.WTException: (wt.org.orgResource/54) wt.org.OrganizationServicesException: Cannot process participant ORG ADMIN because a related disconnected participant wt.org.WTGroup:<ida2a2> exists in the database.
- Failed to launch method server on a rehosted Windchill system with an error
Cannot process participant Administrators because a related disconnected participant wt.org.WTGroup:## exists in the database
- Reconnect disconnected participants with error:
Cannot process participant xxxx because a related disconnected participant wt.org.WTUser:xxxx exists in the database
- After rehost, AD (Active Directory) failed to access Windchill with error below
Cannot process xxx because a related disconnected participant wt.org.WTGroup:<ida2a2> exists in the database.
- Getting error while trying to login to Windchill:
Cannot process participant ORG ADMIN because a related disconnected participant wt.org.WTGroup:<ida2a2> exists in the database.
