Users are not able to to upload or download files from File Server in Windchill

Description
- Upload a file with the preferences set to the new replica, select a document with “Browse” and it shows up in the Attribute – Name, but the file name itself doesn’t show up
- Users are not able to to upload or download files from File Server (Replica)
- Warning pop-up displays "Folder not found" at upload
- MethodServer log warning and error messages:
WARN : wt.fv.replica - Could not get host description for <HOST> from cache. WARN : wt.fv.replica - This could mean that the configuration information is out of date, or that the master site does not have the correct host/site name ERROR : wt.fv.replica - Vault nnnnn from site https://<host>:443/Windchill/servlet/WindchillGW not found in findFolderToSaveFile ERROR : wt.fv.replica - Configuration Update Needed from http://<Master Site>/Windchill/servlet/WindchillGW' ERROR : wt.fv.replica - This can be accomplished by stopping and starting the replica method server. ERROR : wt.fv.replica - ERROR while storing content
- Replica Method server logs shows below error :
ERROR wt.fv.replica - Configuration information is out of date. ERROR wt.fv.replica - Please update this information by stopping and restarting the replica method server.
- Configuring remote vault, how to provide value for URL to create site via Site > Utilities > File Server Administration > Site Administration
- Errors reported in Method server logs :
