Cannot select a tilted plane / draft surface when trying to extrude a surface with "To Selected" option in Creo Parametric

Description
- For surface extrusion with the option To Selected impossible to select a plane non parallel to the sketching plane
- Cannot choose tilted plane as limit to a surface extrusion
- Cannot select a draft surface as limit when trying to extrude a surface with To Selected option.
- Error message “Reference plane must be parallel to the sketching plane”
- Plane limiting an extrusion as surface cannot be inclined more than 3°.
- Regeneration failure when plane limiting a surface extrusion is angled more than 3°
