Description
- Creo CAD Worker fails to register Windchill server with an API return code of -4
- Error message in WVS Job Monitor (formerly Publish Monitor):

proe2pv Error:56113: Failed to register Windchill server "http://<server>/Windchill" <publish####.tmp> - -4

- Error message in WVS Job Monitor (formerly Publish Monitor) on attempt to create a PDF vis for a FRM file:

returned file null or has no parent: Error, no exported file of type PDF End (with Error): Format - <xxxx.frm>, <#.#>

- Publish job times out at "Registering server..." step after 600 or 3600 seconds
- Publish job fails randomly with error in registering Windchill server, and there is the following message in xtop.log in Creo Parametric client logs when the issue occurs:
