Description
- Receiving "Unexpected error when saving document" during PDF export after installing August 2026 Microsoft security updates for .NET or .NET Framework
- Worksheets that use certain Microsoft fonts, such as Calibri, Cambria, Constantia, Corbel, or Aptos, may fail to export to PDF or XPS, or may fail when printed to PDF
- Getting "Unexpected error when saving document:" when trying to save a worksheet as pdf

Export to PDF is not working
- Worksheet created with the Microsoft Aptos Fonts not getting printed when printing to pdf
- Nothing happens when trying to Print to a PDF printer driver with certain non-standard fonts used to create the worksheet
- Both Print to PDF and Save as PDF commands are not working since a recent Windows update
- We are getting a 0KB size PDF file created and unable to open the file afterwards
- Trying to Save the file in PDF format, it creates a PDF file with an invalid size of 0 KB
- When the user Saves a Mathcad worksheet as PDF the generated file is saved as 0 KB, which of course cannot get opened nor retrieved through Windows explorer
- When I use Print to pdf option, I get a 0KB corrupted pdf that can't be opened
