Error "wt.fv.FvFileDoesNotExist" occurs in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- Mount status is INVALID in Vault Configuration page
- Re-validate the folders does not help
- Restarting Windchill may help, but it will happen again
- The system Vault configuration, including storage has no problem
- Below error messages can be found in MethodServer logs
