Blank embedded browser window after uninstalling PTC Universal Browser Utility and deleting the local folders in Creo Parametric

Description
- Uninstalling PTC Universal Browser Utility causes a blank embedded browser window
- Creo does not restore the original Chromium CEF delivered with the installed release (MOR)
- Deleting local folders also results in a blank embedded browser window
- Affected folders
- C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\PTC\Creo\platform
- C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\PTC\Creo\CEF
- Example workflow
- Install Creo and check chrome version in browser
- Install CEF 146 based ptcuniversalbrowser.msi
- Check chrome version in Creo it will show CEF 146
- Type chrome://version in the address bar to navigate to the browser's version information page to verify the installed CEF version
- Delete the following folders:
- C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\PTC\Creo\platform
- C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\PTC\Creo\CEF
- Launch Creo and check chrome version, and observe it is not regaining CEF installed with Creo
