Description
- What is the support policy regarding client cache upgrade, downgrade, access and application registry information when working with varying versions and maintenance releases of Creo Parametric, Windchill Workgroup Manager and Windchill where the version or maintenance release is different than what was used to initially create or last access the client cache?
- Is it necessary to delete all the objects in the workspaces when upgrading Windchill PDMLink
- Do Users need to check in all new or modified objects in all Workspaces when Windchill is switched from HTTP to HTTPS?
- Will the user's server side workspaces and uploaded data remain intact
- What is recommended on client side after changing the port for the Windchill Webserver
- If a particular version and maintenance release of Creo Parametric or Windchill Workgroup Manager is used to access client cache which is outside of what is listed as supported in the resolution section of this document, there is a risk that Creo Parametric or Windchill Workgroup Manager may behave unexpectedly (i.e. exit prematurely, not show local modifications to models, etc.)
