Description
- A modal Java dialog (JDialog/ JFrame) in a synchronous application does not appear in front (on top) of the window
- A modal JDialog in a synchronous application does not appear in front of the window when it is started first time. The toFront() method does not work here.
- Issue occurs only on Windows System.
