Description
- The custom action "Download Latest Released BOM XML" does not function in the production environment
- Error messages occur when attempting to download BOM XML from Part Details Page > Action > Download Latest Released BOM XML (custom action involving customization).
- This action generates User folders at Windchill_12.0/Windchill/codebase/netmarkets/jsp/Company_name/export/BOMXML_ALLRELEASED/ with incorrect permissions
- Folder permissions revert to 770 despite manual updates to 775 post-hotfix deployment
