Description

  • Unexpected behaviors occur in Visualization tab of Downstream structure in BOM Transformer:
    1. Applies for WTParts (component or subassembly) displaying Image Link geometry in Visualization tab of Upstream structure (EBOM)
    2. Resulting in Downstream Structure as new objects (New Downstream Branch or New Downstream Part)
  • Consequently impacts the BOM Transformation actions of Image Link WTParts such as Duplicate with or without Propagating, Copy/ Paste as New Branch or Copy/Paste as New part
  • In above conditions, several unexpected behaviors can be observed in Visualization tab of MBOM as follows, based on the workflow how MBOM is created:
    • Nothing visible (Visualization tab remains empty)
    • Owner links are displayed (where Image links would have been expected)
    • Visualization of components is not shown in correct location
