- In Windchill PDMLink 12.1, click PDF file with UTF-8 filename converted from Chinese name in Representations/Annotations tab>Files tab, the downloaded PDF filename is still UTF-8
- In Windchill PDMLink 12.0, click PDF file with UTF-8 filename converted from Chinese name in Representations/Annotations tab> Files tab, the downloaded PDF filename is Chinese
