- The administrator user account can only access System Admin > License after upgrading
- Any other menus or links can't be clicked
- It shows the following warn message on the License page
Your evaluation period is over or your previously used license is invalid. Your ALM License will expire in x days. Please contact PTC for a license code. When requesting the license code please attach your unique Host-ID, which is: WIN-xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx or LIN-xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
