Description
- PTC upgraded database for ThingWorx Platform and now the application performance is slow
- Primary Persistence Provider database was upgraded and now ThingWorx Platform is performing poorly
- Moved to a new PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server in PTC Cloud and now ThingWorx Platform is slow
- End users are reporting slowness within Mashups following a cutover to a new database hosted in PTC Cloud
- ThingWorx Platform running slower than normal following move to a new PostgreSQL database on a PTC hosted environment
- Things that are typically instant are now taking 20 seconds or more to load in ThingWorx
- Seeing Script Timeout issues that we typically do not experience when using ThingWorx Platform under normal load
