Windchill Workgroup Manager for SOLIDWORKS: Subassembly is unexpectedly marked as modified while saving Top Assembly

Description

  • When opening a top-level assembly in lightweight mode, sub-assemblies are being modified automatically and appear in the Check Out on Fly conflict window
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1.  Set Windchill PDMLink Server Preference: Independently modify instances to Yes
    2. Open Multilevel Assembly with subassembly containing FT parts configurations in Lightweight mode
    3. Perform Check-Out for part configurations in the top and sub-assembly
    4. In SOLIDWORKS, save the top assembly, the Conflict  window appears
