Refreshed Web UI does not support jQuery functionality in PTC RV&S reports

Description
- The OOTB reports that use jQuery come from the System Engineering 11 solution template
- These reports are not working in the refreshed web UI, such as "Document Content Review Approve", "Advanced-HTML and Column"
- Some buttons on the reports are unresponsive
- Upon inspecting the page, browser security warnings indicate that external scripts are blocked
