- Below error is found in Application Log after 10 ~ 50 mins after Tomcat restart

Refilling connections on [endpoint 0, uri: wss://parec.ptc.com:8443/Thingworx/WS] failed : timeout waiting for websocket handshake to complete - After that, keeping the server up and running, the issue is reoccurring
- Metrics Reporting Enabled is set to false in Platform Subsystem
