Description
- Unable to connect or register Windchill Server in Creo Parametric or Workgroup Manager
- Windchill PDMLink: Windchill server registration in Creo Parametric via Server Management window fails with error:

The Windchill server is unreachable. This may be due to the server being down or the location URL provided is incorrect.

Wildfire cache location %appdata%\PTC\Wildfire\.wf cannot be loaded

- Unable to get into the Workspace with no error and workspace does not load & gives blank screen

- The following error is thrown when trying to connect to the Windchill Server if the config option windows_browser_type is set chromium_browser:

- Attempting to register or access the Windchill with server fails under the following circumstances:
- The Windchill server has a revoked SSL certificate
- The client is configured to use the embedded Chromium browser (config windows_browser_type chromium_browser)
- The client is configured for SSL CRL checking (config browser_enable_crl_check yes)
- Fails to display workspace item or check in CAD document with hanging status in Creo Parametric embed browser
- But in common space all can be displayed normally.
- Unable to log in Windchill after username and password are input in the dialogue in Creo Parametric
- The Workspace interface appears as version 10.2 style instead of the expected 13.0 style
- Clearing the cache of local Google Chrome did not resolve the issue
