Description
- After applying CPS patch 13.0.2.2 or 13.0.2.3 Apache fails to start because it cannot load mod_auth_openidc.so on Windchill with OpenID connection (OIDC) configured for SSO (Single Sign On)
- Apache fails to start on new Windchill 13.0.2.2 or 13.0.2.3 installation after configuring OIDC, refer to Windchill Help Center: OpenID Connect Authentication Support
- From the Windchill Shell, navigate to the HTTPServer/bin directory and run the httpd -t command to perform a configuration check
- The output returned is as follows:
Syntax error on line 537 of D:/ptc/Windchill_13.0/HTTPServer/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 102 of D:/ptc/Windchill_13.0/HTTPServer/conf/conf.d/30-app-Windchill-Auth1.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_auth_openidc.so into server: The specified module could not be found.
- Please note that the mod_auth_openidc.so file is present in the HTTPServer/modules directory, and there are no permission issues with the file that would typically cause this type of error
