Description

  • Upgrade from 9.4 to 9.5 failing due to error: 
[ Failed to connect to the configured persistent storage ][ Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database! ][ A ResourcePool could not acquire a resource from its primary factory or source. ][ "encrypt" property is set to "false" and "trustServerCertificate" property is set to "false" but the driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption: Error: Failed to validate the server name "[server host name]" in a certificate during Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) initialization. Name in certificate "[####]". ClientConnectionId: #### ]
