Description

  • Tracker item opened with Edit Via Office option in Codebeamer opens blank Word document window.
  • MS Word opened from Documents tab with "Edit Via Office" options sometimes opens blank Word document window or fails with error : 
    • The directory name isn't valid.

  • MS Excel from Documents tab opened with "Edit Via Office" option opens a window with an error message :  
    • 'Sorry, we couldn't find https/<hostname>:<port>/cb/officeedit/<some_hashcode>/<filename>.xlsx.Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?'
  • In C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\cboffice_launcher.log, following lines are logged (notice missing colon ":" in url):
