Description
- Active windowof Creo Parametric freezes (hangs) after reconnecting to the docking station and turning off sleep mode.
- Occurs when a computer is disconnected from docking station, enters sleep mode, reconnected, and then sleep mode is turned off.
- Last open Creo windows are frozen; new windows can be opened and used.
- Disconnecting the laptop again reactivates the frozen model.
- Issue consistently replicable on specific hardware configurations.
- Affected hardware includes Zbook G8 with Windows 11, Dell UD22 docking station, NVIDIA Graphics Driver 538.18.
- Issue also occurs with docking stations like i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C / Thunderbolt, 3x 4K Docking Station which have Displaylink graphics
