Description
- After starting the synchronization to Jira, the following error message appears:
- "GET /rest/api/2/serverinfo failed"
- The following WARN message can be found in the cb.txt log:

WARN remoting - REST-API call caused Exception [catalina-exec-24] [301] {Req#=9178, Sess#=c51..a4c, serverId=server} com.intland.codebeamer.security.util.RestRequestFailure: GET /rest/api/2/serverInfo failed; nested exception is org.springframework.web.client.UnknownContentTypeException: Could not extract response: no suitable HttpMessageConverter found for response type [class com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.JsonNode] and content type [text/html;charset=UTF-8]
