Description
- In the In-Place Upgrade/Manual upgrade after deploying the WAR file, Tomcat stays in activating state
- Tomcat service won't start after In-Place upgrade
- ApplicationLog shows messages WebApp Started and WebApp Stopped, and no errors in between
- The following error is shown in the tomcat/logs/localhost.<date>.log
