Description
- Unable to markup PDF representations within Creo View, while Use native viewer for PDF files is already de-selected
- Markup options appear blocked and greyed out for specific users not having Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Issue can be seen for the users having basic Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat
- Office publishing fails and shows following error ins WVS Job monitor log -
MMM DD, YYYY, HH:MM:SS PM:Error: Adobe Experience Manager server failed to process XXXXX_1_docx.pdf with the following message: Failed to access the WSDL at: http://<AEM_hostname>:8080/soap/services/AssemblerService?WSDL&lc_version=9.0.0. It failed with: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://<AEM_hostname>:8080/soap/services/AssemblerService?WSDL&lc_version=9.0.0. MMM DD, YYYY, HH:MM:SS PM:WARNING: The Adobe Experience Manager server failed to process the PDF file and was not tagged. The created representation may not allow markups.
