- Errors PRO_TK_CANT_MODIFY and XToolkitCantModify appear respectively while creating / modifying a parameter in a model opened from Windchill without checking out
- Toolkit APIs ProParameterWithUnitsCreate(), ProParamvalueSet(), ProParameterValueWithUnitsSet() returning PRO_TK_CANT_MODIFY which is not in the documentation
- J-Link function CreateParam() returning XToolkitCantModify which is not in the documentation
- Is any behavior changed when model is directly opened from PLM (without checkout)?
- If users migrate from Creo 9 to Creo 11
