- Check View Summary Report keep loading and cannot be opened:
Uncaught VirtualMachineError on thread: "Thread-15"; Aborting method server java.lang.InternalError: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
at java.desktop/sun.font.FontManagerFactory$1.run(FontManagerFactory.java:87)
at java.base/java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(AccessController.java:318)
at java.desktop/sun.font.FontManagerFactory.getInstance(FontManagerFactory.java:75)
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Fontconfig head is null, check your fonts or fonts configuration
at java.desktop/sun.awt.FontConfiguration.getVersion(FontConfiguration.java:1271)
at java.desktop/sun.awt.FontConfiguration.readFontConfigFile(FontConfiguration.java:224)- The last step configuration failed with the below error when installing Codebeamer on Linux server(CentOS)
Request to '/cb/installer/restart.spr' has failed. Check log files for details as Request #xxx.
- If refreshing the page, it will forward to the login page, but the admin user can't log in successfully.
- The bottom line of the Codebeamer main page does not show the Codebeamer version and Database version.
- It mainly reported the below errors in the <CB>/tomcat/logs/cb.txt
