Unable to open Creo Parametric file with error "Cannot be retrieved" in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- An assembly, part or drawing can be added to the Workspace but not retrieved in session:
Cannot be retrieved
- Unable to retrieve a part in an assembly or a model in a session
- Method server shows the below error:
ERROR [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8012-exec-3] wt.fv.master - Error in doDirectDownload (wt.fv.fvResource/CONTENT_FILE_NOT_FOUND) wt.util.WTException: Cannot complete action. Content file not found
- Unable to open a Creo Parametric assembly (drawing or part) directly from Windchill PDMLink when selecting the action to Open in Creo
- Those CAD documents are found in Windchill PDMLink Commonspace/Product/Library
- Errors are reported in Event Management or debug uwgm.log:
Retrying download: xxx.xxx: Content ID: OR:wt.content.ApplicationData:XXX:Download Failed for URL Download: UwgmDownloadAction::reportCompletion : Download FAILED for IterationInfo:
- Sometimes no error could be observed and no data was downloaded
- Unable to open a Creo Parametric model, vault folder do not have permissions methodserver.log:
ERROR [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-8010-exec-1] wt.fv.master - StdMasterSvc.doDirectDownload: File [xxxxxxxxx] was not found. java.io.FileNotFoundException: Y:\path\xxxxxxxxx (Access is denied)
- A Creo part (*.prt) can not be opened in Creo with error below which used to be working fine
Cannot be retrieved
- After one user modified the checked in part in creo 8.0, another user downloaded it from the public area to the workspace and could not open it in creo with error "
Cannot be retrieved" - Unable to open any CAD Documents created using a CAD template file:
'wtws://<server>/<workspace>/###.asm|v=00.1' cannot be retrieved. '<CAD Document name>' cannot be retrieved
