Troubleshooting tips for CODESYS Driver connectivity in PTC Kepware Products

Description
- Hi, our customer has a Liebherr-Elektronik GmbH Compact Control Unit PLC running on Codesys v2.3.
- It Has an ethernet interface which is connected to a PLC based SCADA using OPC DA. We want to use Kepware Server EX Codesys v2.3 driver to read some information from the PLC.
- We using the same Interface the PC uses to connect to the PLC (via unmanaged ethernet switch).
- We loaded the latest demo version of Kep Server EX onto a laptop and connected to the switch, we can ping the PLC successfully.
- Then we disabled all firewalls and antiviruses and tried to read some global variables and tried to do a "device discovery", no success.
- We have the PLC project on the PLC and can open if with the Codesys v2.3 development software to view variables and communication parameters.
- Is there anything that we are missing? Please assist us.
