Kepware Configuration window change to Not Responding status when opening a different project file

Description
- Kepware Configuration starts normally however it turns to Not Responding status when user opens a different project(*.opf)
- The different project is not loaded
- Below Application Hang error is recorded in Windows Event Viewer(Windows Logs > Application)

The program server_config.exe version of xxx stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

- User cannot stop/restart Kepware Runtime service(will change to Stopping status) nor perform Reinitialize Runtime service
- User cannot remove Kepware product with installer Remove option with below error

KEPServerEX 6 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of and error. Your system has not be modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Winzard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Winzard.
- The different project is not loaded
- Kepware Configuration cannot load or import other project files
