Description
- Unable to login with error unexpected system error post SSO (Single Sign on) configuration
- PingFederate is configured as CAS and OKTA as IDP
- Unable to login ThingWorx after SSO configuration
- Browser reports following error while login to Windchill post SSO (Single Sign on) setup
login fails at url https://<pingfederatehostname:9031/idp/SSO.saml2> with following error message Unexpected System Error Sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact your administrator for assistance and provide the reference number below to help locate and correct the problem Reference#: 3035-9636
