Creo View shows wrong version of Cad Part when published representations in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- CAD structure in Creo View for the latest CAD assembly is displayed as the old history version.
- CAD structure version displayed in Creo View is different when objects are published after promotion request is approved.
- Steps to reproduce
- Create a CAD Part (A.1) and CAD Assembly (A.1)
- Assemble the CAD Part in assembly and check-in
- Iterate the CAD Part in Windchill (A.2)
- Create a promotion request and add the assembly in latest config spec in PR
- Approve the promotion request > Publishing is triggered for the CAD objects
- Open the representation in Creo View
- The CAD Assembly refers to A.1 version of CAD Part instead of A.2
