Description
- Tomcat failed to startup
- ThingWorx application log indicated to shut down the platform in the last:
[L: WARN] [O: c.t.s.ThingWorxServer] [I: ] [U: SuperUser] [S: ] [T: main] Shutting down the Platform.
- The connection between database and ThingWorx platform is good
- No obvious error message in tomcat logs
- ThingWorx previous error log reported below errors:
database is not accepting commands to avoid wraparound data loss in database "thingworx"_ Hint: Stop the postmaster and vacuum that database in single-user mode._You might also need to commit or roll back old prepared transactions, or drop stale replication slots.
- Postgresql database is in read-only mode, it can't perform any update/insert/alert/vacuum commands except query (select command)
- Any modification action to the database would result in same error with upper error message
