Description
- ValidateConnection service on ptc-windchill-integration-connector fails
- IntegrationRuntime fails to connect to ThingWorx with error:

- Application Key keyID is correctly formatted in integrationRuntime-settings.json file and checking this key in ThingWorx Composer > Application Keys shows it has not expired
