Description
- The ProductView Client views AutoCAD DWG format viewables natively, so there is no Creo View Adapter for AutoCAD available for converting the DWG format to any other Creo View viewable format
- Out-of-the-box, WVS will create a Representation using the CAD Document content as the viewable, without using a worker
- However, It is possible to configure the AutoCAD publishing class (com.ptc.wvs.server.publish.CadConvertACAD) to use a worker and it is up to you to decide whether the out-of-the-box AutoCAD publishing class can be customized enough to work for your business or if you need a truly customized solution
