Description
- Inventor Expression formula is deleted from objects after check-in to Windchill
- Pre-requisite:
- Global attribute test_attr of type Real number created on windchill server and mapped to EPM Document soft type
- Steps to reproduce:-

- Launch Inventor and Windchill Workgroup manager in Windchill Connected Session.
- Open a CAD Model (*.ipt) in Inventor Session
- From Parameters command > Add user parameter “test1” of type number and provide some value
- Add another user parameter “test_attr” of type number and provide value with Expression formula =test1
- Save CAD Model (*.ipt) to workspace and Check-in
- Close the model from Inventor Session
- Open CAD Model(*.ipt) from workspace and verify iproperties
- Here we can see that "Expression formula is deleted from object"
- Checkout part from Windchill UI > Edit attribute value > Checkin part from Windchill UI
- This will update attribute value in Windchill
- Open the part in Inventor navigate to iproperties
- It propagates attribute value from Windchill to Inventor part
