- As mentioned in the PTC Product Release Advisor , PTC is announcing the retirement of ThingWorx Manufacturing & Service Apps (ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps Family of Extensions)
- Production Advisor
- Asset Advisor
- Controls Advisor
- Operator Advisor
- Latest release is ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps Family of Extensions 9.1.1, which will be the product’s final release
- ThingWorx Manufacturing Apps Family of Extensions will continue to be supported through the planned end-of-support dates for version 9.1.1, deployable on ThingWorx Platform Server version 9.3.x, which has been announced to be December 23, 2024
- During this support period, PTC will continue to provide software updates and existing compliance specification updates as deemed necessary by PTC

- Existing customers under maintenance will no longer receive regulation updates, patches, security fixes, or technical support for these extensions starting December 23, 2024
