Description
Importing Solidworks CAD Assemblies from Windchill to Creo Parametric the sub-assemblies change their names
Steps to reproduce
- Load a Solidworks CAD Assembly containing Sub-assemlies to Windchill
- Open Top Assembly in Creo Parametric using Open in Creo Parametric option
- Use default configuration for the import and uncheck "Enable ATB" option
- In Creo Parametric CAD model Tree All sub-assemblies names are changed to ASM0001.ASM, ASM0002.ASM....
