Description
- 'By Worker' Thumbnail Generation performed by a CAD Worker is failing for PDF viewables of CAD Drawings, with the error:
Error:13022:Thumbnail generation failed
- The thumbnail3d.log file under $(wt.logs.dir) may also contain the message:
Error:42019: Failed to generate thumbnail. Check the Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installation.
- The Thumbnail Generator process (pvsthumb.exe) becomes unresponsive and reports the following Windows Application log error:
exception code 0xc0000374
- PDF publishing of Creo Parametric drawings times-out while generating thumbnail

Thumbnails are not created for Creo Parametric drawing files published in PDF format

The drawing file is published successfully to PDF, but a thumbnail is not generated
