Description
- SolidWorks fails to startup (linked to Windchill Workgroup Manager, in CAD Worker or Standalone session) displaying "Loading registry..." in the startup splash screen
- SolidWorks CAD worker fails to startup with failure message reported in the helper and worker logs:

[<date> <time>] Started worker [<date> <time>] Worker process #### has exited unexpectedly. Shutting down helper. [<date> <time>] Worker helper shutting down. [<date> <time>] WorkerHelper completed, exiting.
