Description
- Incorrect text size for "+- Symmetric (Superscript)" tolerances placed on radius dimension with orientation "Above extended elbow".
- Incorrect text size for Plus-Minus tolerance mode in dimensions when detail option tol_text_height_factor is set to STANDARD, when the tolerance standard is set to ISO/DIN
- Tolerance text height is changed when switching radius dimension's text orientation from "Default" to "Above extended elbow".
