Importing entities as extensions not updating configuration table in ThingWorx platform

Description
- Configuration table values are not updating when importing entities as extensions in ThingWorx
- There is a bug related to configuration table on thing templates that are a part of a ThingWorx extension
- If configuration table is exported and imported first time between servers, entire configuration entries are loaded properly
- If this configuration is changed, reexported and reimported, changes are not applied on target server
- Only occurs when thing template is a part of an extension
- Is the update behavior of the configuration tables different if importing extensions or if directly importing entities (xml)?
- What is the specification of ignored and/or merged and/or replaced when importing a new version of an extension?
