Description
- Windchill Workgroup Manager Client running on the Windows 64-bit platform becomes unresponsive when invoking Windchill actions from AutoCAD.
- Affecting WWGM client machines on remote sites with users that are configured using the Preferred File Server preference to connect to a File Server Content Cache.
- AutoCAD and WWGM clients have been installed using the same procedure for both Windows XP 32-bit and Windows XP 64-bit machines.
- Has been experienced when invoking windchill commands such as Upload, Check-In, Save As, etc.
- UWGM client Debug logs contain the following messages:
E: uwgmapp: UWGM_ADAPTER: startupCOMHelper: Unable to get CLSID for acadapter_com_helper
E: uwgmapp: UWGM_ADAPTER: startupCOMHelper: Cannot retrieve COM Helper, there won't be one.
