Got the following error upon log into Windchill : opensaml::FatalProifileException Message was signed but signature could not be verified after configuring Windchill SSO

Description
- After configure Windchill with SSO , get "opensaml::FatalProifileException Message was signed but signature could not be verified" upon log into Windchill :
- Download Service Provider's metadata file via https://<Windchill hostname>/Shibboleth.sso/Metadata from browser to examine
- There is no service provider's certificate in the metadata
