  • Expectation is to have access to all what is offered by PTC Windchill Advanced group
  • Whereas User access is however restircted by what is ONLY offered by PTC Contributor group :
    • Workflow processes
      • If this user identifies a running workflow from Search Result table:
        • Right Clicking on it gives only access to Terminate (and not Open Process Manager and/or Open Process Monitor)

  • Accessing the "i" icon opens Process Manager, but icons to manage the workflow process are missing

  • Workflow templates
    • If user opens >Site >Utilities >Workflow Templates >Edit
      • Workflow Administrator UI comes up and Workflow Template is checked out
      • But >File >Save and >File >Save as menus are grayed out

  • Life cycle templates
    • If user opens >Site >Utilities >LifecycleTemplates >Edit
      • Workflow Administrator UI comes up with clear licensing issue as follows​​​
You are not a member of any valid license groups Access is denied.
You do not have required Windchill license assigned to your account.
