- Windchill Source system have two attribute : AttrA (Legacy), AttrB (New)
- Windchill Target system have single attribute : AttrB (New)
- Value of either AttrA(Legacy) or AttrB (New) needs to be migrated from Source system to AttrB (New) in Target system
- These attributes are file based
