Description

  • "SessionExpired.Audit not found" message reported for user "_0_deleted" when Audit Log is enabled
  • How to disable the below session expiration message in the Audit log of ThingWorx Composer?
  • When user session expires the following Audit entry is recorded :
    • "Authentication com.thingworx.security.SecurityMonitorThing.SessionExpired.Audit not found"

  • Refer to ThingWorx Help Center for how to enable Audit Log from Audit Subsystem
  • Additionally following error is seen in ApplicationLog everyday at midnight or when accessing Monitoring > Audit Log
