- Installer fails on phase "Install Missing Dependencies"
- Error message:
Install Missing Dependencies - Error Code: 25003 Falied to import PTC.Base.zip Cased by: Response was not formatted as an InfoTable: Not Acceptable
Install Missing Dependencies - Error Code: 25003 Falied to import PTC.Base.zip Cased by: Extension PTC.Base failed to install
- After enabling stack trace for LoggingSubsystem, ThingWorx error log would report below error message:
[L: ERROR] [O: E.c.q.l.c.Logger] [I: ] [U: Administrator] [S: ] [P: ] [T: http-nio-80-exec-1] Failed to install extension packages. com.thingworx.extensibility.ExtensibilityException: PTC.Base is licensed but cannot find feature in license_capability_response.bin file
